Hilary Duff reveals hers to J-14: It dates back to when she was a "skinny, straggly kid", visiting her grandmother's house. "She always made these frozen dinner rolls-the ones that you set out all day long, they just rise and get bigger and bigger," she says. "Then just before you’re ready to eat them, you pop them in the oven for few minutes." Hil was obsessed with these so-called "yeast rolls." "One day, when my grandmother wasn't watching, I ate like nine of them that were like size of a grapefruit. No joke!" the singer/actress shares. "I looked like I was a 7-year-old pregnant women! My stomach kept blowing up and hurt so bad." Turns out the rolls weren't cooked in the oven, and Hilary eventually confessed. "My grandmother made me sit down for an hour and drink Alka-Seltzer," the bubby blonde says. "It was the nastiest experience of my life. I hate the stuff now."
