Cheaper by the Dozen Movie Review
These days, most of us have one or two brothers
and sisters - tops. Way back when your great-grandma was your age, she might have had as many as 10 brothers or sisters. If
that seems like an impossible idea nowadays, maybe you should check out the flick Cheaper by the Dozen!
Cheaper by the Dozen - Family Tree
Okay, so these two peeps hook up in college and realize that they totally dig each other, and wanna have eight
kidz together. And, as if that's not crazy enough - thanks to some twins and a few accidents - they end up having 12! With the Baker family being so enormous, they live in a less expensive rural
town in a big old farm house. The dad, an ex-college football player, coaches the local team and the mom stays at home and writes when she's not trying to keep the kids clean and fed. But then the dad, Tom Baker (played
by Steve Martin), gets the chance to move back to the city and coach his old college team. It's a lifelong dream so the entire
family packs up (mostly unwillingly) and moves. Things are going kinda smoothly until the mom, Kate Baker (played by Bonnie
Hunt), has her first book published and she leaves for a book tour. Twelve kids and one working parent equals a whole lot of chaos!
and shared bedroom. And, the Baker family is a cool one to explore. The kids range in age from four to 23
and they come in all shapes, sizes and personalities. There's 10 year-old tomboy Sarah (played by Alyson Stoner) and 16 year-old fashion diva Lorraine (played by the real fashion diva, Hilary Duff). For the cute-factor there's cutie brainiac, Mark (Forrest Landis) and total hottie Charlie Baker (played by Smallville's Tom Welling). Oh, and did we mention that Nora Baker's BF is this hilariously self-centered actor-wannabe named Hank (played by Ashton Kutcher) that the kids hate and terrrorize everytime he visits? Yeah, total laugh-riot!
Cheaper by the Dozen - Family Fued
The movie is an overall fun-fest, but there are times when you don't understand why the 'rents aren't a little bigger on the discipline. The eight younger kids; Kyle, Nigel, Mark, Mike, Kim, Jessica, Jake and Sarah are
constantly creating chaos and they only get grounded once! And, they've obviously never been grounded before in their lives
because they don't know what it means! How crazy is that? Cheaper by the Dozen - Big Family, Big Fun
All in all this movie is full of good laughs and great moments. Hilary Duff, Tom Welling and Forrest Landis give stand-out performances that'll make you wish you had a billion brothers and sisters too! Oh yeah,
and don't forget to catch the bloopers shown during the ending credits - they're almost as hilarious as the flick!
The Lizzie McGuire Movie Movie Review
Fans of the Lizzie McGuire TV show will be to stoked that Lizzie
and her pals have finally made their leap to the big screen. The Lizzie McGuire Movie takes Lizzie, Gordo, Kate and Ethan
on an exciting Italian holiday that turns into the adventure of a lifetime for Lizzie when she is mistaken for an Italian
popstar! Who Will Like It:
This movie is for you if you can't get enough of those Olsen twin vacation movies. There's tons of cool scenery and foreign hotties like Yani Gellman, who plays Paolo. Cheesy movie buffs
will love it, too, cuz it's got all the elements for an all out cheese-fest: a cool location, lots of yummy eye-candy, a love
triangle and more funky outfits than a Britney Spears concert. The price of admission will be worth every penny if you're a Hilary Duff fan cuz the girl is only off screen for about 30 seconds of this 90 minute movie. Who Will Hate It:
Whatever you do, don't
bring your BF to this movie - it's a total chick flick. Peeps who have a problem with movies that are full of impossible situations and
bad accents won't like it either. When Lizzie pretends to be an Italian celeb, you're expected to believe that no one notices
that she can't speak Italian and that she has an American accent. As if! The Bottom Line:
This is a fun, fluffy movie for
girls who just wanna have fun and it has a good message about friendship and believing in yourself. It's a little hard to believe at times, and there are a couple of really slow parts, but if you
hang in 'til the end you'll be rewarded with a cool twist ending and a great performance that will have you wondering if Hilary Duff could be the next Britney Spears.
Agent Cody Banks DVD Review
The movie was a hit when it hit the cinemas - opening

with cool extras. Check it out!
All About Agent Cody Banks
Equipped with all the latest hi-tech, gadgety gizmos, like x-ray specks and toxic whoopee cushions, (okay,
maybe their saving the cushions for Agent Cody Banks II,) Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz out-spies Juni and Carmen
(at least in SPY Kids II) and overpowers Austin. And, after all the baddies have gone boom, Frankie M. even ends up being kinda cool. Of course, it doesn't hurt when your
partner... err... handler is totally hot Angie Harmon.
